Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox
Forget about Monica and Rachel—Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston are the real Friends. "I can tell you we're both very fortunate to have each other," Cox told Marie Claire. The pals get along so well, they've even talked about reuniting on the small screen for a Friends reunion! "Would Jennifer and I?" Cox told Access Hollywood of a potential Thanksgiving special. "Sure, we'll eat some turkey together."
Cameron Diaz & Drew Barrymore
You could say that the angels led Cameron Diaz and Drew Barrymore together. Well, Charlie's Angels, anyway. "We knew each other for years around Los Angeles," Barrymore told U.K. Elle. "We'd see each other out and wave and say hi, but we didn't even have each other's phone numbers." Two movies later and "we spent every waking moment together for months and months—and years!" said Barrymore. Now the pair can be spotted bonding at music festivals and island paradises alike.
Beyonce and Kely Rowland
Beyonce and Kely Rowland, two parts of the defunct group Destiny's Child, are more than former singing partners. When Kelly was nine, she moved in with Beyonce's family so that the songbirds could focus on their music careers. (B's dad was their manager). From pillow fights to hit songs, they forged an unbreakable bond. In fact, the gals lived together until recently.
Oprah and Gayle King
Both in the news biz, Oprah and Gayle King became fast friends and sounding boards for career matters. Oprah's rise to fame is legendary - she's now worth over $1 billion - but she's never forgotten her pal. Gayle is a regular on Oprah's show and editor of her magazine. It's also rumored that O gave Gayle $1 million because she "wanted her to be a millionaire too." Nice!
Kate Winslet and Reese Witherspoon
Who knew that two of Hollywood's classiest actresses were best buds? At this years BAFTA Britannia Awards in Los Angeles, Reese Witherspoon fessed up to her friendship with Kate Winslet. "Imagine my good fortune when Kate Winslet moved into my neighborhood, rang my door bell and said, 'Dahling Sam [Mendes] is off shooting, and I believe our children are the same age. Could they possibly have a play date and oh, by the way, it's almost 9 o'clock and I've had nothing to drink, do you have any wine?'" What happened next? Witherspoon's not telling, calling the duo's exploits all, "too bawdy or tawdry or drunken to tell!"
Ben Affleck and Matt Damon
When they were kids, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon played Littled League and took drama classes together. They later moved to L.A., where they shared a dingy apartment and penned a screenplay. Their work, Good Will Hunting, eventually won them an Oscar. Though they don't carouse like they used to, they've remained buds and co-own a production company.
Eva Longoria Parker & Mario Lopez
Okay, so lets get this out of the way—Eva Longoria and Mario Lopez are both very good-looking. So good-looking, in fact, that the platonic nature of their friendship is often debated. "I get so much [flack] for having friends like Jamie Foxx and Mario Lopez, who are like brothers to me," Longoria told Cosmopolitan. Indeed, the duo show up to support each other—Lopez was in Longoria's wedding party—and to offer the kind of advice that can only come from a member of the opposite sex. "She's like, 'Don't wear anything too tight or flashy,'" Lopez told Entertainment Weekly of Longoria's Dancing With the Stars costume advice. "'You still look kinda masculine.'" Spoken like a true friend.
