Mischa Barton nearly suffered a Janet Jackson-style nipple flash at Paris Fashion week yesterday.
The former OC star was left a little overexposed in a too tight off-the-shoulder dress that could barely contain her eye-popping cleavage.
Mischa's wardrobe malfunction-waiting-to-happen provided quite a distraction at the Elie Saab Fashion Show Spring Summer 2009.
