Super-cute and down-to-earth WAG Melanie Slade is the girlfriend of Arsenal winger Theo Walcott. When she turned 21, Walcott bought her a Ferrari, which she subsequently turned down because she thought it was "vulgar" and "too flashy to be driving round her campus." Slade is studying physiotherapy at St George's Hospital in London.
Melanie and Theo first met outside the shop where Mel worked at West Quay shopping mall in Southampton. Melanie was outside with a basket in her hand when Walcott's friend announced "the basket is for phone numbers". See also The Gorgeous Salome Khorasanchi.
