The future of the Miss Great Britain contest might be in doubt – but the reigning champ says: "The show must go on!"
Bosses have postponed the 2009 event and title holder Gemma Garrett is calling on bosses to set a new date.
Plus, to cheer up any disappointed fans who might feel they're missing out, last night she posed for an exclusive Sun shoot - proudly wrapped in a Union Jack flag.
The patriotic 27-year-old said: "The contest has been running since 1958 so it's been a landmark here.
"It would be sad to see it go when they still have contests around the world like Miss America."
The busty blonde reckons it’s vital for proving to the rest of the world that we have the prettiest girls over here.
