Geordie Shore girls debut to take over reality fron Only Way Essex
0 comments Posted by ai at 8:42 PM
The Sun reports these girls Shore look good as they prepare for stardom ahead of their TV debut.
The four Geordie Shore lasses show they are the bust in the world of reality TV by posing in racy black lingerie
And they vowed to show viewers that they are even sexier than the girls from The Only Way Is Essex when the show kicks off on MTV tonight.
Vicky Pattison, 23, told Nuts magazine: "What's really sexy about Geordie Shore is that we're all ourselves, whereas girls in Essex are constantly dolled up to the nines."
And when asked if they would say that Newcastle is the only way, rather than Essex, 20 year-old Charlotte Letitia-Crosby hit back "that's exactly what I'd say!"
But they made it clear that they respected the TOWIE gang.
When asked if they'd prefer a night out with the Essex girls or the posh Made In Chelsea cast, Sophie Kasaei, 21, replied: "Essex all over".
The trio, along with Holly Hagan, 18, will join lads Gary Beadle, 23, Jason Gardner, 24, Greg Lake, 26, and James Tindale, 20, in the Newcastle version of Jersey Shore, which sees them have a wild time while sharing a house together.
The programme will start on Tuesday, May 24 at 10pm on MTV

Lindsay Lohan made a fashion faux pas while posing in a raunchy photoshoot yesterday and a bit of wardrobe malfunction.
The 24-year-old wore a very low cut silky pink dress which when blown open by the wind left very little to the imagination.

I personally think Rihanna is a bit wacky. That raggedy Ann hair color is not a good look.
But, she continues to rock it. Go figure!
New York Post reports Madonna,, an investor in Vita Coco, the New York-based coconut water company, is betting the young singer can sell millions of gallons after signing her on as the face of VC, for an advertising campaign launching this summer.

Marie Osmond remarries her first husband... wearing the same dress as 29 years ago
0 comments Posted by ai at 7:38 PM
If Marie Osmond doesn’t look like the unhappy bride in history, I don’t know who does. But, how happy can you be to re-marry an ex-husband?
I think she’s losing it.
Daily Mail reports for Marie Osmond it was a case of something old, not something new, as she walked down the aisle for the second time with Steve Craig today.
For not only was the 51-year-old actress remarrying her first husband - she had also managed to squeeze herself into the very dress she wore 29 years ago.
And while she said it felt like the fitting thing to do, the Hollywood star confessed it was perhaps not the most comfortable to wear.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Marie revealed: 'I can't breathe, but I'm in it.'
Marie also told how she had got a new dress designed, but it didn't feel right when she saw the finished product.
'I had a dress all designed [for this wedding] and when it showed up it was not [right],' she told Entertainment Tonight's Mary Hart in an interview to be aired tomorrow.
'I was so sad, I was actually kind of in tears,' she recalled, adding: 'I was cleaning out my garage and all of a sudden this box showed up in this pile of stuff … and it was this dress and it was five days ago.
'I'm not kidding. Isn't that crazy?'
Of course she might not have been able to have got into her old dress at all if it wasn't for her dramatic weight loss over recent years.

UPDATE Video: Charlie Sheen's Detroit disaster: Boos, walk-outs for 'Torpedo of Truth'
0 comments Posted by ai at 6:05 AM
This show was sold out at Radio City here in New York in seconds for big money-$250 a ticket. At work I asked a co-worker what is Charlie Sheen gonna do for a 2 hour show?
Nobody had an answer?
Saying “Winning!” takes half a second, then what?
My conclusion was that anyone who would buy a ticket to see Charlie Sheen without knowing exactly what was in the show was either a certified idiot, or a Barack Obama suppoeter. According to this report, I wan’t wrong. The blow-by-blow is actually funnier than the show itself.
Inside TV reports the first the U.S. automaker recession, and now this. Charlie Sheen unleashed his Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour on the Motor City on Saturday night before a crowd that greeted the actor with an adoring standing ovation and concluded with booing and walk-outs.
The padded and disjointed show was a hodgepodge of video clips and Sheen-isms that felt hastily assembled and misjudged the patience of even the hardest of hardcore fans. Below is our on-the-scene progressive timeline of disaster from Detroit:
7:50 p.m. ET — Lovefest: Outside Fox Theater, Melissa Shovlin and Haley Clark — two young women wearing homemade “Winning!” T-shirts are asked what they expected from the show. “We have no idea,” says Shovlin, “that’s part of the excitement.” Is she concerned about Sheen’s mental state, given his recent tendency towards multimedia outbursts? “Everybody is a little crazy,” she shrugs off. She also notes, “I think in this environment, he’ll be a little more free to jump around like a snake in a chair.”
Geoff Resek, an attendee from Connecticut, declares that Sheen will use his theatrical performance “to prove he’s completely sober, because he wants to win.” In general, the atmosphere outside is irony-free: People are here because they find Sheen hilarious, because they have always found Sheen hilarious, and because they are officially in support of his “winning” transformation. They are more devoted to Sheen than the media, but they simultaneously are taking him less seriously.
Inside the theater, the program for the evening (which cost $20) features a collection of Sheen’s radio quips — “I’m on a drug. It’s called Charlie Sheen.” — and pictures of the actor. The T-shirts are selling briskly. A popular one for $30 declares “F—ing Brilliant!”
7:59 — You cannot walk through the crowd without hearing someone say “Winning.” There are girls wearing tiger-striped pants, and assorted custom Sheen quips T-shirts. The Midwestern crowd has come from all over, devout followers of the Vatican’s most famous assassin.
8:13 — The show is supposed to start at 8 p.m. A geeky comedian who is decisively not Charlie Sheen comes onstage and begins a set. There is some booing from the audience, followed by chanting: “Charlie! Charlie!” The booing gets louder.
8:17 — The comedian starts a joke: “I found out exactly how I’m going to die–” Someone in the audience yells, “Yeah, onstage!” Note to comedians: If Charlie Sheen asks you to open for him, say “No.”
8:19 — Here is just a sample of this painful opening act: “Shouldn’t they call the defibrillator a difibra-now?” Sheen himself comes out to defend the comic, telling the audience to give him a chance. The actor receives a standing ovation. Sheen says that he’ll be right back out, and exits. The comedian continues his set. Problem: This is a rock concert atmosphere, and nobody wants a stand-up act. They’re here for the warlock.
8:30 – The comedian has been literally booed off the stage.
8:32 — That’s weird. The lights have come back up, and the audience is waiting again. Everyone is confused — it’s not clear why the show started and then stopped again. So far, this has the makings of a disaster, the Spider-Man: Turn Off the Dark of celebrity stage acts.
8:53 — The show officially begins with a mock iPhone ad, advertising the “MaSheen.” This app will be used throughout the show to introduce each segment. Two attractive scantily clad women — contest winners Kelly Jean and Lisa Jaques — come onstage to sing the national anthem before a waving flag. They’re not exactly great singers. “Do it topless!” one audience member shouts.
8:58 — Film clips are playing onscreen. Die Hard, Midnight Express, Taxi Driver, Animal House, Sheen’s own Platoon, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and (of course) Apocalypse Now. There’s no context, just the violent clips. One imagines it’s like being inside Sheen’s fever dream and the experience is taking on a Clockwork Orange quality.
9:00 — Two goddesses are now making out onstage. And finally, Charlie Sheen returns. He holds up a sports shirt of the style that’s worn by his Two and a Half Men character and puts it on. The audience gamely boos. The Two and a Half Men theme song plays and is intercut with a scene from a classic film of a man screaming “Turn it off!” Then, Sheen grabs a Detroit Tigers shirt instead. The crowd roars and gives him a standing ovation. Regarding the Men shirt, Sheen says, “Take that out and burn it.” On video, the girls burn the shirt backstage.
9:07 — Sheen steps behind a presidential-style podium that proclaims “Warlock States of Sheen.” Guitarist Robert Pattinson is playing onstage. Sheen begins a lengthy speech in his newfound Malibu Messiah semi-coherent metaphor-stuffed neo-Hunter S. Thompson style, talking about his “napalm dripping brain.” “I’m here to solve a portion of this grand mystery,” he says.
9:08 — Sheen: “I am finally here to identify and train the Vatican assassin locked inside each and every one of you.”
9:10 — Sheen’s promises are largely incomprehensible, though at least seem intentionally so: “Freedom from monkey eyed…sweat-eating whores. Freedom from the dour and sour taste of malignant reproach… I’m a giant and leaky bag of mayhem.”
9:13 – Sheen: “They took my awesome children… They took my sometimes bitchin’ job… And when they thought there was nothing left, they tried to take my heart and brain and titanium spine. But they could not.” Audience growing restless. This show is all pump-up, no narrative.
9:15 — OK, nobody understands a word Sheen is saying. “”Is anybody else as confused by this s— as I am?” he finally asks. There are roars from the crowd. “I wrote every word!” Later, a cab driver tells me that it’s about this time that angry fans began walking out of the theatre.
9:18 – “Nothing terrifies a troll more than its own reflection,” Sheen continues, before shifting gears into politics. “In a recent poll, they told me I’d bring down that whore [Sarah] Palin. I don’t have time for that nonsense.” [Read about the poll he's referring to here.]
9:20 — People start booing Sheen. Not playing around, but actually booing him. Sheen yells, “I already got your money, dude!”
From The Daily Caller
9:23 — We are watching video of Charlie Sheen playing Call of Duty.
9:35 — The show has become a padded and disjointed mess. Sheen plays an old movie he says is called RPG starring a young Johnny Depp but the audience gets frustrated and starts booing. Sheen stops the video and says, “Okay, so RPG was a bomb. Tonight is an experiment.” One is reminded of Torpedo of Truth’s subtitle on the marquee outside: “Defeat is not an option.”
9:40 — Sheen says he’s going to “Tell some stories about crack. I figured Detroit was a good place to tell some crack stories.” This comment, not surprisingly, does not go over well. “Show of hands who here has tried crack?” Very few people raise their hand. “I don’t do crack anymore, but this is a good f—ing night to do some crack.” The audience boos.
9:43 — Sheen tells the audience, “You paid your hard-earned money without knowing what this show was about.” He asks if people have any questions. A girl from the audience asks for his best pornstar story. Sheen doesn’t want to tell that one. He’s starts telling a story about getting his car stolen — he says the story involves crack — but nobody wants to hear it. Another woman asks for a hug. He gives it to her and that’s nice — pretty much the whole audience could use one at this point.
9:50 — The show appears to be almost over. More padding, rap tributes to Sheen from YouTube. He plays a video that intercuts his 20/20 interview with new footage of him being obnoxious to Andrea Canning. It’s amusing at first, but drags on too long.
10:03 — The show is now an unmitigated disaster. There’s a fairly steady stream of people leaving early. Attendee Chris Acchione, a self-described Sheen fan who traveled all the way from Toronto for the show, says his entire mezzanine row walked out. “He’s making a fool of himself,” he says. “Is there a bigger loser in the world? He’ll be [begging] Chuck Lorre for his job back by the end of the week.”
10:05 — Sheen is composing a live tweet. More disappointed comments from people leaving early: “I was expecting a comedy show.” “I could have done a better job.” “It’s just like hanging out at his house,” says a man wearing an “I Believe in Tiger Blood” T-shirt.
10:20 — Sheen plays the track he recorded with Snopp Dogg. But Snoop, despite promises, is a no-show (he was actually back in Los Angeles, performing live on stage at Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards). Rapper Simon Rex comes out instead while Snoop’s video plays in the background. Lights come on. That’s it? Fans angry. When Oliver Stone or whoever makes the inevitable biopic on Charlie Sheen’s life, tonight’s event is definitely making the final cut.

What's wrong with Sandra Bullock’s face? An unusual lump on her jaw
0 comments Posted by ai at 9:20 PM
America’s sweetheart looks nothing but with a big ol’ lump on the right side of her face. Whatever it is it doesn’t look too good.
Daily Mail reports she has made the People Magazine's 50 most beautiful people list twice.
But Sandra Bullock looked less than attractive as she left her home in New York yesterday to run a few errands.
In fact the 46-year-old Oscar winning actress was sporting a rather unusual lump on the right hand side of her face as she made the dash out of her West Village townhouse.
Wearing jeans with a black puffer jacket and a black hat pulled down low over her face, the actress appeared to be trying to go incognito.
The weird looking lump could, however, be due to extra tension in Sandra's face and she appears to be gritting her teeth.

Gritting teeth does produce a lump like that.

MTV ‘Teen Mom’ Star Jenelle Evans Caught Brutally Beating Britany
0 comments Posted by ai at 5:42 AM
I don’t watch Teen Mom because the whole concept of the show is ridiculous.
In fact, MTV itself has become nothing more than lowest common denominator television for lowest common denominator people who watch it.
Jenelle Evans needs to be sitting in jail for a few years with the rest of he low lifes. .
The Blaze reports that Jenelle Evans, the star of the MTV reality series “Teen Mom 2,” is under investigation in North Carolina after video surfaced today showing her brutally beating another girl in an all-out, outdoor brawl.
In the video, Evans can be seen confronting the girl who apparently goes by “Britany” — and launching into a verbal assault. Eventually, after some of Evans’s alleged friends encourage a physical confrontation, Evans punches the girl in the face. From their it’s chaos, as TMZ reports:
The two women tussle to the ground … where Jenelle continues to pummel Britany … even AFTER it’s clear she can no longer defend herself.
With Britany bleeding from her face, one of Jenelle’s scumbag friends pulls the reality star off the other woman … while Janelle continues to drop verbal insults.
It’s unclear why Jenelle wanted to fight Britany … but sources connected to the incident claim it had something to do with Jenelle’s boyfriend.
This is the type of people MTY has on the air? That station needs to lose it’s license to operate!

One of my favorite movies is Giant starring Taylor, Rock Hudson, and James Dean in his last role before tragically dying in a car crash.
Well, Liz was the last of three to be alive until today. She died of congestive heart failure.
I think I’ll watch Giant again this weekend in tribute of this lovely lady that gave millions of her fans so much pleasure on the silver screen.
RIP Liz

Daily Mail reports it's been an endless summer for beach-loving Stephanie Seymour.
A couple of months after soaking up the sun in stunning St Barts with the rest of the celebrity set, the mother-of-three was once again spotted on the idyllic island.
Doing what she does best, the former Victoria's Secret model flaunted her incredible curves in a sexy black two-piece swimsuit.
The 42-year-old frolicked in the water with her two children, Harry, 13 and Lily, 6.
The doting mother paid particular attention to her youngest daughter, who she scooped up in her arms for some cuddles.
Stephanie later caught up with fellow beach-goer Yves Saint Laurent designer Stefano Pilati, who was enjoying a spot of nude-bathing nearby.
The fashionista wrapped himself up quickly for his encounter with the former model and her children.
After a quick chat Stephanie and Stefano shared a fun dance in the water.
Stephanie has been spending a lot of time in St.Barts since being spotted in the arms of her paper magnate husband Peter Brant, 63, on the French island in December.
It was a big turnaround after early last year when the couple were in the throes of one of the ugliest celebrity divorce battles.
They revealed in September that they were calling off their acrimonious divorce despite already spending millions each on legal fees and had got back together.
They first announced their split in March 2009 and embarked on a bitter battle rife with allegations of infidelity, drug abuse and wild spending sprees and embroiled their children in the process.
Police were called to the couple's home following Seymour's complaint that Brant's security assaulted her, Brant accused the model of drug use and was seeking sole custody of their three children.

My favorite Essex girl is Sam Faiers. But, what’s not to like about Lauren?
The Sun reports that Lauren Goodger shows off her fake tanned bikini body - as she says her on-off lover Mark Wright loves her curves.
The Only Way Is Essex star says she no longer skips meals to lose weight but has stepped up her diet and fitness regime for the show's second series.
Lauren, 24, told Closer magazine: "I'm one of those people who loses weight quickly, but puts it on just as quickly. If I train and eat healthily you can notice, and if I drink and eat crap you can notice."

Remember when Bill Clinton looked into the camera and lied his ass off in front of the American people?Ah, those were the good ole days when Clinton used to be considered the first black president. But, alas he’s become the redheaded step child. Well, except Chris Matthews feels the president of the world
But, Monica really loved him and never got married. I think that’s a damaged life Clinton had a lot to do with.
The Daily Mail reports that the scandal almost destroyed his career and left his presidency permanently tainted.
But 15 years on, Bill Clinton’s former intern Monica Lewinsky has not got married or had children because she is reportedly still in love with him and 'always will be'.
Miss Lewinsky, 37, has run a successful business, hosted a reality television show and moved overseas - but has never found love, according to friends.
‘Monica still hasn’t got over Bill and would take him back in a second,’ a friend said.
‘She told me: “There will never be another man in my life that could make me as happy as he did",' the friend told the National Enquirer magazine.
‘Monica still carries a torch for him. She’s dated some guys, off and on, since the whole White House mess. But she’s never been able to get Bill out of her heart’.
Miss Lewinsky was aged 22 in 1995 when she began working in the White House and had an affair with President Clinton, which he famously denied at first.
She now lives in Los Angeles, California, and does not have regular employment, reported the National Enquirer.
She has previously designed handbags and been a pitch woman for Jenny Craig. She also participated in a book, written with Andrew Morton, called Monica's Story, for which she earned a reported $500,000.
In 2006 she earned a master's degree in social psychology from the London School of Economics, having shut her handbag line and temporarily moved to England.
Mr Clinton was impeached by Republicans in 1998, who tried to throw him out of office.
But his wife Hilary said in 2007 that their marriage was 'worth the investment'.
Miss Lewinsky said her relationship with the president involved her performing sexual acts on him - but not sexual intercourse.
She famously kept a blue dress which she claimed held DNA evidence of their affair.
After allegations began to emerge, President Clinton wagged his finger and sternly told a national television audience he did not have sex with 'that woman'.

The interesting thing about President Obama is that conseravtives like me see him as too far to the Left, and liberals like Matt Damon think he’s not far enough over Left. So as a result, Obama catches hell from both sides.
But really, where are these wacky liberals going to go anyway?
CNN reporta that when CNN's Piers Morgan asked actor Matt Damon if he was happy with the way President Barack Obama has been running the country and if Damon was "a fan" of the president, Damon answered "no."
Damon and the cast of "The Adjustment Bureau" -- Emily Blunt, John Slattery and Anthony Mackie -- are Thursday evening's guests on "Piers Morgan Tonight." During the course of their conversation, Damon and Morgan covered Hollywood, politics, fatherhood and much more.
"He (Obama) misinterpreted his mandate," said Damon. "He's doubled down on a lot of things."
"In his State of the Union he didn't even say the word 'poverty,' " said Damon. "You've got millions of people languishing in it." Damon, who backed the Obama campaign in 2008, said he appreciates that the president is a "deep thinker." The actor called Obama brilliant, but said he "definitely wanted more."

CNN reports the 1940s and '50s movie bombshell, whose name was synonymous with voluptuousness, died Monday morning at her home in Santa Maria, California, her family said. Jane Russell was 89.
Daughter-in-law Etta Waterfield said that Russell was a "pillar of health" but caught a bad cold and died of respiratory difficulties.
Russell's children, Thomas K. Waterfield, Tracy Foundas and Robert "Buck" Waterfield," were at her side, Etta Waterfield said.
Eccentric philanthropist and movie producer Howard Hughes was the first to put Jane Russell on the silver screen, signing her to a seven-year contract in 1940 and promptly putting her in his production of "The Outlaw," a film about a torrid romance between Billy the Kid and woman named Rio (Russell).
The film got only limited release -- in 1943 -- because censors at the time were skittish about the attention given Russell's figure. Hughes wasn't satisfied. He pulled the film from release and kept it out of circulation for six more years while he did more reshoots and re-editing.
And, Hughes kept Russell off the screen -- her only other appearance during those seven years was in "The Young Widow" (1946), shot while she was on loan to United Artists.
Hughes' extensive publicity campaign for "The Outlaw," however -- she has said that he had her making appearances five days a week for five years -- made Russell popular during World War II as a pin-up, and when the movie was finally released in 1946, she was a star.
While Hughes fetishized Russell's body in other films after her initial contract ended and the two negotiated another, the actress quietly made a name for herself as a talented actress capable of high drama or light comedy. She appeared as Calamity Jane with Bob Hope in "The Paleface" (1948) -- another loan-out -- and a sequel, "Son of Paleface," in 1952 -- earning an Oscar nomination for the song "Am I in Love?"
Robert Mitchum was her co-star twice -- in 1951's "His Kind of Woman" and 1952's "Macao." She shared the screen with Frank Sinatra and Groucho Marx in 1951's "Double Dynamite," and with Victor Mature, Vincent Price and Hoagy Carmichael in "The Las Vegas Story" (1952).
But it was 1953's "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes" with Marilyn Monroe that shot Russell into the stratosphere. She was hailed for her singing and comedic acting, and just two years later made her last film for Hughes.
Russell had some success as a singer in the 1940s, appearing with the Kay Kayser Orchestra, and in 1954 she and Beryl Davis, Connie Haines and Della Russell (later replaced by Rhonda Fleming) began recording religious-themed music and touring as The Four Girls.

I’ve said before, and I’ll say it again. Rihanna has issues!
There’s something wrong when a women wears gun jewelry around her neck and rocks a big tat of a gun on her leg. And what’s with this Raggedy Anne color hair she’s been sporting for months? It’s a nice look for a night or two, but gimmie a break!
She looks ridiculous.
Maybe Chris Brown had a reason to beat her ass after all?
Joan Rivers may agree.
